PROTEIN MILKSHAKE

Tenhle proteinový milkshake je ideální svačina po náročném cvičení. Sacharidy obsažené v banánu a vločkách dodají energii, přičemž proteinový mix podpoří růst svalové hmoty. A kešu máslo? Toho přeci není nikdy dost :)

INGREDIENCE:

- 30 g muscle power mixu (nebo vanilkového proteinu)

- 1 banán

- 250 ml mandlového mléka

- 20 g ovesných vloček

- polévková lžíce kešu másla


This protein milkshake is an ideal snack after an intense workout. Carbs from banana and oats provides you with tons of energy while protein powder helps your muscle growth. And the cashew butter? It´s never enough of it :)

- 250 ml of almond milk

- 20 g of oats

- tablespoon of cashew butter
